C’est le plus petit domaine de l’appellation des Baux de Provence.Créé en 2007, par Guy et Nathalie Delacommune, à partir du rachat des parcelles de vignes historiques du Domaine Hauvette, ce vignoble trentenaire est planté sur un sol argilo-calcaire pierreux, naturellement drainé et bénéficiant d’un ensoleillement exceptionnel tout au long de l’année.Located just off the road leading out of Saint Rémy towards Cavaillon in la “Galine” sector, Domaine GUILBERT covers 4 hectares, around a Mas and a Cellar and sits amongts lavender, cypress and olive trees at foot of the foot of the Alpilles.
